This policy describes how Exterior Vibe ("we," "us") handles information when you use our website and tools.

What we collect

Address or location input. If you provide a mailing or project address (for example in an email form), we use it to label your project or follow up. It is not used to download photos of your property from third parties without your separate upload.
Images. If you upload a façade photo, it may be processed in your browser and/or on our servers to generate a preview, depending on how the feature is implemented.
Contact details you choose to provide. If you ask us to email a render or to connect you with opportunities (for example through a form), we collect what you type—typically an email address and, if you offer it, a name, phone, or project notes.
Technical data. Like most sites, we receive basic data such as IP address, device/browser type, and rough region from normal web requests. We may use privacy-friendly or aggregated analytics to understand how the product is used.

No homeowner accounts

We do not operate a sign-up or log-in for homeowners in the current flow described here. We do not ask you to create a password for the Service in that mode.

How we use information

We use information to:

Provide previews, email you when you request a render, and run the site;
Protect security, fix bugs, and comply with law;
Improve the Service in an aggregated or de-identified way where possible.

Sharing

We use vendors that may process data on our behalf, such as hosting and infrastructure (e.g. Vercel or similar), email delivery (e.g. Resend or similar), optional mapping or input helpers (e.g. Google Places where enabled), and analytics. We share only what is needed to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal information in the common sense of selling lists for money; if we add advertising or a "Do Not Sell" option where required, we will update this policy.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to operate the Service, comply with law, and resolve disputes. Some logs and backups may be kept for a limited time for security and reliability.

Your choices

You can limit what you type or upload. You may be able to use browser settings to block or clear cookies. For rights specific to your region (for example access or deletion in California, the EEA, or the UK), you may contact us; we will respond as required by law.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International users

We may process data in the United States and other countries where we or our vendors operate. By using the Service, you understand your information may be transferred to those locations.
