These terms govern your use of the Exterior Vibe website and tools ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

No accounts required

The Service is offered without user registration. We do not provide login credentials or a customer account for homeowners as part of the current experience.

The Service

Exterior Vibe lets you explore exterior home visualizations using a façade photograph you provide. Output is for inspiration and planning only. It is not a bid, quote, building permit, engineering plan, or professional on-site advice. You are responsible for any decisions you make with contractors, suppliers, or authorities.

Your content

You retain your rights in photos and information you provide. You grant us a limited right to process them only to run the Service (for example to generate a preview, send a render by email if you request it, and improve reliability). You represent that you have the right to use the images you upload.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access our systems without authorization, interfere with other users, or use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful, or deceptive.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data (such as mapping or imagery providers) or for work performed by any contractor.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (currently, the Service is offered without purchase for homeowners, so in many cases that amount will be zero).

Changes

We may update these terms or the Service. We will post the updated terms on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
